Appdynamics

Belong@ is an umbrella of internal organizations at AppDynamics, each targeting specific minority groups to foster inclusion and representation within the company.

As Lead Designer, I worked directly with the People Team and Creative Director to create a family of logos that highlight the individual properties of each organization, while still sitting together in a visual system inline with AppDynamic’s overall geometric brand identity.

Appdynamics Cares

The philanthropy arm within the organization that offers volunteering opportunities to employees, as well as company matches for contributions made to non-profit organizations, amongst other larger company-wide initiatives.

Women@

Supports women in tech and within the company. The organization often hosts events such as a speaker series that features women leaders in tech, and Ladies Who Power Lunch, a networking and conversational event.

Pride@

Supports the LGBTQ community and plays a strong role during Pride Week at Appdynamics, and throughout the year.

Unity@

The diversity division of Belong@, supporting racial minorities, veterans, and employees with disabilities.
